We started producing biscuits in our laboratory inside the Malaspina Juvenile Penal Institute in Palermo in June 2016. Our piece de resistance are the citrus cookies, but we didn’t stop there.
We produce delicacies for events, outings and picnics. From Sicilian rotisserie to traditional dishes, from the tastiest pastries to coffee-break baked goods, we’re inspired in our cooking by the Sicilian tradition, which we love to revisit adding a personal touch to our recipes.
We also create delightful custom solidarity party favors to make each event even more special and meaningful. Our biscuits are the perfect gift for your guests, a sweet token with a beautiful story to tell.
We put passion and commitment in every aspect of our work, and our secret weapons are a territory that offers excellent produce, and an artisanal production, without forgetting the value of the work we do: an important opportunity for social inclusion for the youth of Malaspina, who in Cotti in Fragranza, what we like to call a civil enterprise, are called to make decisions, knowing in detail the value of each product and the social, environmental and territorial impact of our work.
